Bali Culinary Association at Hatten Wines
On December 1st 2001, The Bali Culinary Association visited
Hatten Wines' winery in Sanur for a lunch champetre and some
good fun. The members of the association were given a tour of
the winery, witnessed the disgorging of the Jepun,
Sparkling Rosé of Hatten Wines,
tasted all 6 products of the Balinese winery and also did some
stumping
In the old tradition of winemaking, the members
of the association crushed some grapes with their feet! In a
few weeks, they will receive their trophy: a bottle of the wine
they helped to make with the old fashion way of stumping.

La Revue du vin de France
By Olivier Poussier, Chef Sommelier at Lenotre
"Le monde du vin"
Du vin a Bali. J'oubliais mon séjour a Bali, où
j'ai fias une découverte. L'ile produit, sur des contreforts
volcaniques dans le Nord-Est, un rosé
lumineux baptize cuvee Hatten, aux tonalities doucereuses. Ici,
le climat tropical impose un register aromatique original, très
candy mais pas désagráble. Une étape à
ne pas manquer pour les amateurs en vacances sous ces latitudes.
