Bali Culinary Association at Hatten Wines
On December 1st 2001, The Bali Culinary Association visited Hatten Wines' winery in Sanur for a lunch champetre and some good fun. The members of the association were given a tour of the winery, witnessed the disgorging of the Jepun, Sparkling Rosé of Hatten Wines, tasted all 6 products of the Balinese winery and also did some stumping… In the old tradition of winemaking, the members of the association crushed some grapes with their feet! In a few weeks, they will receive their trophy: a bottle of the wine they helped to make with the old fashion way of stumping.
