Winery

The winery is located close to the main business centre in Sanur Bali and is fitted out in stainless steel to maintain cleanliness.  The winery has a horizontal press, 16 large wine tanks, fermenters, a bottling room, and a laboratory.  The winery has the capacity of bottling 5000 per day.

The Hatten winery is a modern state of the art facility with stainless steel vessels, refrigeration, installation, filters of various types and an up to date laboratory facility. 
Hand harvested fruit is normally received early in the day and quickly processed through crushing and pressing equipment or processed with skins in fermenters to make our unique red wine.

Fruit, juice and wine temperature are constantly controlled and monitored to ensure the retention of maximum fruit characters from the vineyard to bottle.
Modern equipment and methods are used while ensuring minimal chemical or human intervention.  These natural Balinese fruit wines exhibit the characters and flavours of the land from which they are grown.
