TWO islands CHARDONNAY is lively and fresh with aromas of peachy tropical fruit; this medium bodied wine displays toasty melon flavours with a complex lingering crisp finish. Grapes are grown in the cooler climate of Australia, the juice is then transported to Bali where vintage takes place at the Hatten winery in Sanur. Seafood, poultry and pasta compliment this wine.
