For this label, Hatten Wines has chosen another symbol of Bali, the patung or statue. This particular patung batu, made of porous stone, represents a guardian of temples, houses and gardens and is widely seen around the island. Most Balinese stone carvings are from the village of Batu Bulan. There, the artist carvers such as I Made Suwirta are continuing a long tradition passed on from generations. Winemaker's Comments: This medium sweet white wine is very aromatic with grapey characters and lovely floral perfumes. The fruity palate is well balanced between sweetness and acid leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
